The Platform is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or guarantee legal outcomes. All services are independently rendered by advocates.
Certain advocate details such as name and Bar Council Enrollment ID may be sourced from publicly available Bar Council records for identification purposes. No private contact information is collected from such public sources. Advocates may claim, update, or request removal of their profile by contacting the Platform.
Advocate registration requires valid Bar Council Enrollment details. Registration is subject to administrative review and approval. The Platform may suspend or reject accounts for false information or misconduct.
Users agree not to:
End users may access search features free of charge. Advocates may receive an initial promotional free period (e.g., three months).
After the promotional period, access to certain features may require payment of an annual subscription fee (currently proposed ₹999 + applicable GST). Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
All website design, software, branding, and content are owned by the Platform unless otherwise stated. Users grant a non-exclusive license to display submitted content.
The Platform operates as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are not responsible for user-generated content but will act upon lawful complaints.
The Platform shall not be liable for advocate performance, legal outcomes, professional disputes, or financial losses arising from platform use.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from claims arising due to misuse or violation of policies.
I confirm compliance with Bar Council Rules in all professional collaborations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts at Hyderabad, India.
